Kase's "No Gimmick" Futures Trading

with Statistical and Technical Analysis

Dates TBA
Houston, TX

This class is unique in that it throws out simplistic gimmicks and teaches you how to make money in the futures and FOREX markets like a pro.

Key to any successful trading methodology is a strategy appropriate for the market you’re trading. Are you expecting the market to go up or down? What are your key targets? If the market goes in the opposite direction, where is support or resistance and when will you know you are wrong. Will the market be choppy or trending? When will you know the market is extending in your favor?

All these questions can be answered by learning the basic forecasting techniques presented in this class, including wave analysis, chart, bar, gap and candlestick patterns, as well has how some standard techniques like moving averages inform forecasting.

How many contracts should you trade? How much risk should you take? What is your risk of “ruin’ even with a good system? Many traders are afraid to learn how to answer these essential questions because it involves math – bell curves, logarithms, and standard deviations. But in reality, a very simple overview is sufficient to help you manage your trade risk, determine trade size, select trading timeframe, preserve profit and help you fine-tune your strategies in ways not possible without this knowledge.

The core of any technical analysis class is not only understating basic indicators but also how to use them. This class presents traditional indicators as well as Kase’s updated indicators – and more importantly discusses how they work and how to best use them. Techniques for developing entry and exit strategies such as fine points like whether to scale in or enter trades all at once, scale out or exit trades all at once, when to pull in stops, when to scale up to a higher time frame, what to do when reversal patterns present and the like will be discussed.

So this class gives a comprehensive overview on all the basics you will need to trade successfully – how to develop a forecast and strategy, how to implement and make adjustment to that strategy in real time and how to let profits run and cut losses effectively.

The class wraps up with a free bonus section on the longer-term statistical behavior of the energy markets and how that behavior can be harnessed to make money trading the energy forward curve.

Who Should Attend

Anyone interested in a clear, logical approach to trading futures will benefit from this class taught by energy pro Cynthia Kase. This class has both all the basics for beginners as well as unique material on forecasting and strategy of interest to even the most experienced traders.

Experienced traders who need a fresh look at how to improve trading results will appreciate how this class combines forecasting and strategy with basic indicator analysis and simple exit and entry techniques.

Investors who want to learn how to benefit from this volatile market without taking long-term positions, or who want to work into positions by first taking shorter-term trades.

Traders who want to go beyond equities, which are very highly subject to random events and previously unknown info hitting the market. Get exposed to futures and FOREX, which are less choppy and oscillate less often and also learn rules about trade size and leverage.

New traders with a willingness to learn and desire to use technical analysis will benefit from this comprehensive but simple and professional approach to trading.

Also… if you have been interested in Kase’s techniques – including the new Kase Bars or her updated PeakOscillator and KCD indicators – or if you want to see the “new stuff” that is going to be in her forthcoming book on forecasting – come to this class and get the “scoop”.
